Our studio is located on the Windward side of Oahu in the beachside community of Kailua, a brief 25-minute drive from Honolulu. We welcome our clients to an inviting atmosphere featuring a full complement of STOTT PILATES equipment, including the 2008 addition of our 5 new, revolutionary V2 Max Plus Reformers.
We are fortunate to have three private workout areas, ensuring our clients space to focus during their customized workouts: our 'Buddha Room' for Pilates mat work, small equipment and yoga; our Pilates equipment room for work on the reformer, Cadillac, stability chair, spine corrector, ladder-barrel and arc barrel; and our third space, a tranquil treatment room for therapeutic massage.
Additionally, we have two restrooms. One is located in-studio with shower facilities for our clients' convenience and the second, a short distance away in the main building.
Ample public parking is available.
