This class supports ongoing training in Yoga pose, Stress Reduction and Structural Balance, incorporating work with the Breath, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy.Gentle Yoga
A milder class, for those who are less flexible, prefer a less vigorous class, or who are recovering from an injury.You are encouraged to bring your own mat and towel. Class size is limited to allow for personal attention within the group setting.
